Aviostat is a flight logging application that allows users to record their flights, organize them into trips, and view statistics about their travel history.

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose

- Upload malicious content

5. Your Data
- You retain ownership of all flight data you enter
- You can delete your data at any time through your account settings
- We do not claim any rights over your personal flight information

7. Limitation of Liability
Aviostat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data (please keep your own records of important flight information)
- Inaccuracies in airport data or distance calculations
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
